9/11/2017 Workshop: building yourself up

This class is all about you, building yourself up and taking charge of making yourself feel good. It will cover the fundamentals of Positive Psychology and how the brain works to promote happiness and will end with a practice of yoga and mediation. This includes: your thoughts and your health: the relationship between what you think and how you feel // Positive Psychology practices that promote happiness // meditation and yoga that builds confidence and eases anxiety Eventbrite - Emily Barnes' Workshop: building yourself up!

I can see the hard work you put into looking after our class and making sure that we have as many opportunities as possible. You work so hard to put us in a good mindset and you always manage to tell us we’re special.
